We’re still keeping our classes small so that we can keep our eyes on you. Foundation Training Workshop
Expand / Elevate / Evolve!!! Foundation Training is used to quickly improve chronic pain, strengthen your posture and enhance performance. Learn how to practice at home or join us for follow-up classes. From grandparents to teenagers, desk warriors to elite athletes, 100,000’s of people like you have discovered the freedom, relief, strength and happiness that practicing Foundation Training brings. Effective (Time-tested biomechanically designed movements) and Simple (No equipment necessary). Do Foundation Training anytime, anywhere in just a few minutes a day.
New Workshop Format includes:
*50-minutes the first Sat.
*30 minutes the following Sat.
*(2) 10-minute links to practice videos.

Miracle Ball Method is a relaxing, restorative system that helps release excess tension in our muscles, allowing our body’s own alignment system to work. Using small, soft balls placed strategically under the body, you will gently breathe your way into release to help you reach your full potential for a healthy mind and body!
