Tai Chi Walking - Qigong
Improve balance, posture, strength and breath thru Tai Chi Walking exercises and slow, mindful movements of Qigong. Learn to practice safe weight transfer and diaphragmatic breathing with easy-to-follow movements. Improve your overall physical and mental health while relieving stress and building better balance and breath.

Tai Chi for Beginners Yang Style 8
This program uses eight forms, derived from the traditional 24-form Yang-style Tai Chi, and progresses from easy to difficult. Research has shown that people who practice Tai Chi are half as likely to fall and are less fearful about falling. Tai Chi helps older adults improve their balance and reduce the likelihood of falling . Each session includes warm-up exercises, practice of the form, gentle Qi Gong exercises and brief cool-down. Tai Chi for Beginners Sun Style (Also known as Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Fall Prevention for Arthritis)
The National Center for Injury Prevention and Control of CDC now recommends the Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention class because it is evidence-based to be effective at preventing falls. Tai Chi is an ancient practice proven to reduce pain and improve your mental and physical well-being. This program developed by Dr. Paul Lam and approved by the Arthritis Foundation, uses gentle Sun-Style Tai Chi routines that are safe, easy to learn and suitable for every fitness level. Tai Chi will help you reduce stress, increase balance and flexibility, feel relaxed, improve your overall mind, body and spirit. Offered in studio and online Wednesdays and Saturdays. Bone strengthening, osteoporosis-safe, fun exercise class for all levels using Pilates, functional movement, balance, strength training to improve posture and tone your whole body. Online and in studio.

Foundation Training
Improve posture, strengthen back & core, decompress spine, relieve back pain, live better with this revolutionary exercise program.

Pilates Mat Multi-level
Using the principles developed by Joseph Pilates, emphasis is placed on developing deep core strength, to improve posture & breath, create long, lean muscles, and enhance overall strength and flexibility and a sense of well-being. Online and in studio.

Pilates Reformer
Using the principles of Pilates on the Pilates Reformer. Find your alignment, breath; build deep core strength; increase flexibility and mind-body awareness. Must have some reformer experience.

Chair Stretch, Posture & Balance
All levels. This gentle class will release and lengthen your muscles and joints. Help you build strength, flexibility and posture awareness, as well as improve balance. All movements are done on a chair or with support of a chair. No need to get down and up from the floor. Appropriate for all levels and for the inflexible body. Online and in studio.

Pilates for Golf
A golf conditioning program that will help you hit the ball consistently farther and straighter, with reduced risk of injury and back pain. Develop the flexibility, core strength, posture, alignment and breath to take your game to the next level. Currently offered in Private sessions only. Call if interested.

MS in Motion
Whole body movement class with a focus on the needs of those with Multiple Sclerosis. Includes breath work, flexibility, core strength, balance, stress relief and more. Work is done standing, seated on chair and/ or mat. Online only at this time. Must be a member of MS Center of SW Florida.

Serenity Inhaled: A Breathwork Class with Reverend Melissa Hill Greenbaum
All levels. Rooted in scientific research on the autonomic nervous system, our breathwork methods activate the parasympathetic response – the body’s natural “rest-and-digest” mode – so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered. Sit in a chair or bring your cushion.Offered Online and in studio.

Breath Work For Health Workshop
Be ready to expand your understanding of your breath. Release stress, anxiety and learn proper technique. Learn how your breath pattern relates to your life. Leave feeling deeply connected. We welcome all breathing-related conditions including asthma, COPD, Parkinson’s Disease, long COVID, cancer, pre-and post-op heart surgery, post stroke, post lung cancer, active cancers, anxiety, unexplained infertility, active pregnancy and postpartum issues. Gentle hands-on guided breath work with intro / demonstration and post question period.

Miracle Ball Method
All levels. A non-exercise approach to stress and pain relief. Work on specific areas of your body using 2 soft balls and focused breath to reduce excess tension in the muscles, allowing your body’s own alignment system to rebalance and heal.
